One of the activities that my boyfriend and I enjoy is cooking. We're not a great chefs, but we like to try new things. This week we tried cooking a whole fish. His idea, not mine. I don't like eating an animal knowing it was animal. Does that make sense? I know, it's silly. But we made it and it was good. We used yellowtail snapper, I think next time I'd like to try a different fish, like sea bass. We followed this recipe from the New York Times. Would also like to try a sauce.
