So, I start taking yoga classes two weeks ago and I love it. Right now I'm only doing it once a week with my friend Celia (who just got certified and is amazing). We do it in my tiny apartment and I enjoy the one on one attention. Also, I'm easily intimidated by things like this (physical activity), so this set up is perfect for me. Since starting the practice, I've become much more concerned with being eco-friendly and using organic/natural products, which is unexpected. I'm also reading Carr's Crazy Sexy Diet which is making me rethink the foods I put into my body. Good lifestyle choices all around! Btw, I haven't one coca-cola in three weeks! Soon I'll be drinking this.
