And speaking of classes, I'd love to take a cooking class hosted by Sunday Suppers. The particular class I want to take is the Ladies Lunch which will be served al fresco (weather permitting). It is a four course meal taught by the Jewels of NY plus a class from Saipua's little flower school to top it off. A perfectly girly day. And here's a look at the menu:
•Fried Squash Blossoms
stuffed with herbs, ricotta, fontina cheese and served with homemade tomato dipping sauce
•Chilled Corn Soup
topped with smokey ham and fried corn bits
•Summer Pasta Salad
with heirloom tomatoes, white beans, herbs, hazelnuts and parmesan
•Panna Cotta
with muscat macerated summer berries
